The Viticulture and Enology Association of Squaw Valley-Miramonte is an informal association formed in 2009 by several local wine grape growers. One of our first accomplishments was to earn  an American Viticultural Area recognition as the Squaw Valley-Miramonte AVA.
 

Our Mission is to encourage and support grape growers and vintners within the SV-M AVA to grow high quality wine grapes and craft excellent wines.

 

Our Goals:
 

• Education inside and outside our association.
 

• Share resources, experiences, equipment and labor.
 

• Foster a favorable relationship with Fresno County.
 

• Increase visibility of our association.
 

Meetings are held approximately every other month.  Guests may attend meetings with advance notice.  Minimum of 100 planted wine grapevines and a vote by association members is required to become a member.
